quality products and customer service

I recently purchased the new fountain pen, and the quality is truly exceptional. What impressed me even more was Jeff, the founder of Inventory, and his authentic, genuine customer service. He took the time to engage with me, ask about my experience, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Jeff, thank you for not only creating outstanding products in the US but also for the thoughtful care you provide to both your products and your customer community

Deceptive

I paid for a stainless steel pen and received an aluminum one. I dropped the extra $30 so I could have a solid pen in my hands.

Decent machining but a bit of a boring pen

It’s comparable to the kakimori aluminum pen but I feel the quality doesn’t feel as nice as the Lamy Cp1. The cerakote honestly feels cheap but this is also my first time with this coating.

Caps off UPDATED !!

UPDATE:After posting this review Jeff from INVENTERY immediately reached to provide solutions for this relatively small issue. We got it sorted out but that brings up something that may possibly out weigh final fit and finish….thats customer service. Beyond impressed with the fact that they even reached out let alone providing more than generous solutions. I will be a customer as long as they will have me! Cheers INVENTERY!
Love the over all writing experience however the small circular cap keeps unscrewing and rolling around my bag. I thought about loctite but I don’t want to permanently fix the cap just in case there is a pen clip available in the future. Either way $100 pen shouldn’t have any structural faults.

Pocket Pen V2

Recently bought the Pocket Pen V2 in rollerball format. Got all 3 finishes , black, chrome and brass! The fit and finish is top notch. The rollerball unit writes smoothly! Amazing to be able to use fountain pen ink in a rollerball so well designed. Plans seem to be in motion to produce an extender to allow a converter , as well as a set of replacement caps with one with a clip, keychain holder and stylus. Would love more finishes in other cerakote H colors as well as anodized titanium!

Excellent pen.

So glad these pens are back. The milled metal threads are far superior to the plastic inserts of the prior model, which wear out and break over time. Would love to see a return of the extended version with the pocket clip as well. Great work!

Fun little pen

I've wanted a small, easy to carry fountain pen for a long time. This one is perfect and I've been carrying it everywhere. Well done and recommended.
